Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a Salomé Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which supplement our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

  • Recurring Cycles: Enrollment constitutes agreement to a recurring billing cycle based on your chosen plan: Monthly, Bi-Weekly, or Weekly.

  • Automatic Payments: Payments are processed automatically on the anniversary of your start date.

  • Inclusive Pricing: All membership prices are inclusive of local delivery within our designated Georgia zones.

  • Tier Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any new billing cycle by contacting our team.

2. THE "FLORIST’S CHOICE" PHILOSOPHY

  • Quality Standard: To ensure the highest quality and freshness, all membership arrangements are "Florist’s Choice".

  • Seasonal Blooms: This philosophy allows us to use the best seasonal blooms available from our growers.

  • Guarantees: While we welcome general color preferences, specific flower types cannot be guaranteed for subscription orders.

3. VASE EXCHANGE PROGRAM

  • Sustainability Swap: Our memberships operate on a swap system to promote sustainability and reduce costs.

  • First Delivery: We provide a signature vase with your first delivery.

  • Ongoing Swaps: On subsequent delivery days, please place your empty, rinsed vase from the previous delivery in a safe, visible spot for our team to swap for your fresh arrangement.

  • Replacement Fees: Missing or broken vases may incur a $25 replacement fee.

4. DELIVERY & ACCESS

  • Delivery Windows: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday and Sundays between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Our shop is closed on Saturdays).

  • Access Requirements: Members living in gated communities or secure buildings are responsible for providing access codes or instructions.

  • Limited Liability: If we cannot access the drop-off point, flowers will be left at the nearest secure entrance.

  • Theft and Damage: Salomé a Garden for You - is not responsible for theft or weather damage once the flowers are left at the secure entrance or designated shaded spot.

5. VACATION PAUSES & GIFTING

  • Vacation Pausing: If you are traveling, you may pause your subscription for up to 4 weeks.

  • Pause Notification: To trigger a pause, you must notify us via email at least 72 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

  • Gifting Your Delivery: In lieu of a pause, you may "gift" your delivery for a specific week to a friend by emailing us 72 hours in advance with the new recipient’s address.

  • Zone Restriction: Any redirected gift delivery must remain within our 1.5-hour driving zone from our Norcross shop.

6. COMMITMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Minimum Commitment: For the "Garden Rhythm" and "Grand Estate" plans, there is a 3-month minimum commitment.

  • Cancellations: After the initial period, you may cancel at any time with 7 days' notice before your next billing cycle.

  • Finality: Deleting the application or your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; you must follow the cancellation steps in your account settings.

Subscription Management Guide

Managing Your Account at Salomé a Garden for You

We want your experience with Salomé a Garden for You to be as seamless as possible. Use this guide to update your information and manage your recurring floral deliveries.

1. Updating Payment Methods

  • If you need to update the credit or debit card on file, you can change your Payment Method via the settings option under your profile.

  • To avoid service interruptions, please ensure your payment information is accurate, current, and complete.

  • For subscriptions purchased through a Third-Party Store (like the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), you must manage your payment settings directly through that store.

2. Changing Your Delivery Address

  • If you are moving or need to change your primary delivery location, please update your profile information immediately to ensure successful delivery.

  • To "gift" a specific week's delivery to a friend, email us at least 72 hours in advance with the new recipient’s address.

  • Remember that all new addresses must be within our Georgia delivery zone, located within a 1.5-hour driving distance from our Norcross shop.

3. Modifying Your Membership Tier

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of any new billing cycle.

  • To make a change, contact our team, and we will adjust your account for the following month.

  • If we change our pricing, you will be given notice and an opportunity to cancel before being charged at the new rate.

4. Cancellations and Deletions

  • You may terminate your use of the Service at any time.

  • To cancel a subscription, you must do so before the end of the current billing period to avoid charges for the next cycle.

  • Please note that deleting the application or your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription; you must use the "cancel" option in your settings.

Event Floral Services Agreement

This Event Floral Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Salomé a Garden for You, LLC (“Company”) and the individual or entity listed below (“Client”) for the provision of floral design and setup services.

 

1. EVENT DETAILS & CONFIRMATION

  • Booking Status: All event bookings are subject to date availability.

  • Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon the receipt of a confirmation email or SMS from the Company.

  • Special Requirements: Client must disclose all special requests, venue accessibility needs, or specific requirements at the time of booking.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Retainer/Deposit: Partial or full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the event date on our calendar.

o   Deposit Amount: A 50% non-refundable retainer of the total estimated price is required at the time of booking to secure the event date on your calendar.

o    Balance Due: The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 30 days before the scheduled event date.

o   Late Payments: If the final payment is not received by the 30-day deadline, the order may be cancelled, and the initial deposit will be forfeited.

o   Finalization: All design changes and final counts must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event to ensure the "Florist’s Choice" selection meets your high standards.    

  • Accepted Methods: The Company accepts all major Credit and Debit cards.

  • Taxes: All payments are subject to applicable Georgia Sales Tax.

3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled event setup are eligible for a full or partial refund.

  • Last-Minute Notice: For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, the Client must call the store directly. The customer may not be eligible for a refund

  • Rescheduling: All requests to change the event date must be made via telephone to the store and are subject to availability.

  • No-Show Policy: If the recipient is unavailable or venue access is not provided without prior notice, a refund will not be issued.

4. LOGISTICS & LIABILITY

  • Late Arrivals: If the Client or venue representative arrives late to the scheduled setup time, the setup duration may be shortened without financial compensation.

  • Unforeseen Circumstances: If the Company must modify or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be notified immediately and offered a rescheduling option or a full refund.

  • Limitation of Liability: The Company is not liable for any incidents occurring outside its reach, including but not limited to weather-related delays or recipient refusal.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & ATTRIBUTION

  • Photography: The Client grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to use photographs of the floral arrangements for marketing and publicity.

  • Brand Protection: The name "Salomé a Garden for You" and associated logos remain the exclusive property of the Company.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal disputes shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration.
