To help us create the perfect floral atmosphere for your big day, please have the following information and items ready for our consultation:

1. Logistics & Essentials

  • Venue Details: Provide the full physical address and contact person for both the ceremony and reception locations.

  • Timeline: Confirm your preferred setup time to ensure we avoid any late arrivals or shortened installation windows.

  • Contact Information: Ensure we have your current phone number and email address for your booking confirmation and SMS updates.

2. Design & Vision

  • Color Palette: Bring fabric swatches or photos of bridesmaid dresses and linens to help us match your "Garden for You" aesthetic.

  • Inspiration Photos: Share your favorite floral styles or arrangements to help us understand your vision.

  • Flower Count: Have a rough estimate of the number of bouquets, boutonnieres, and centerpieces needed.

3. Special Requirements

  • Personal Requests: Inform us of any specific dietary or allergy concerns related to certain flower scents or accessibility needs at the venue.

  • Sentimental Additions: Let us know if you wish to incorporate family heirlooms, such as a ribbon or locket, into your bouquet.

4. Budget & Policies

  • Retainer Fee: Be prepared to provide a partial or full payment via credit or debit card to secure your wedding date on our calendar.

  • Review Policies: Please read our cancellation and rescheduling policies carefully, as changes made within 24 hours of the event may affect your refund eligibility.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Salomé a Garden For You, I value our time together and dedicate specific space to focus on your floral vision. To ensure the best experience for all clients, I adhere to the following policy:

 1. Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours' notice: You may reschedule or cancel your consultation for a full refund at any time up to 24 hours before our scheduled Google Meet.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, as that time has been specifically reserved for you and cannot be filled with by another client.

 2. Late Arrivals and "No-Shows"

  • The Waiting Room: I will remain in our Google Meet for 15 minutes past our start time. If you have not joined by then, the session will be considered a "no-show."

  • Fees: "No-shows" are non-refundable. If you wish to meet later, a new booking will be required.

 3. Technical Difficulties

  • If technical issues on my end prevent us from connecting, we will reschedule immediately at no cost to you, or a full refund will be issued.

  • If you experience tech issues, please text me at 678-323-6660 as soon as possible so we can attempt to troubleshoot or adjust.

 4. How to Cancel

You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment through the link provided in your original Confirmation Email.
